Hell Gem Destabilizer
Hell Gem Destabilizer is one of the Machines in Sixty Four.
Hell Gem Destabilizer is Hell Gem destabilizer primarily focused on making it easier to break it apart when it appears in Stones.
Hell Gem Destabilizer is unlocked when you find your first Hell Gem
Hell Gem Destabilizer Function[edit | edit source]
Hell Gem Destabilizer is phenomenally powerful, making it practical to mine Hell Gems in a reasonable time. But since they only work in the presence of Hell Gems, it is often suggested to use Hell Gem Destabilizer together with Hell Gem Injector to make it easier for player to make progress in the game.
Hell Gem Destabilizer works using 64 Elmerine and 1 Hell Gem.
Industrial Destabilizer will get 334 "taps" after each reload. These taps are proportional to the power of the resonator, so for a player clicking on cubes, that translates to 334 clicks, but for an Entropy Resonator it would be 1011 uses, and endgame resonators exhaust it after just 2 uses.
Industrial Destabilizer adds 625 to the effectiveness of breaking cubes, but only for cubes containing Hell Gem. For all others, the cube is ignored and no taps are consumed.
Hell Gem Destabilizer Construction Costs[edit | edit source]
As all Machines, Hell Gem Destabilizer gets more expensive every time its constructed.
You can use the following table to calculate the cost of the Hell Gem Destabilizer multiplying Base costs by the Building Multiplier.
Hell Gem Destabilizer Build Cost Multiplier: 1.2
Stones | Costs |
---|---|
Charonite | 16384 |
Elmerine | 256 |
Qanetite | 128 |
Beta-Pylene | 4096 |
Hell Gem | 4 |
Hell Gem Destabilizer Additional Information[edit | edit source]
The full formula for cube breaking is:
breakProgress += 0.08 * (1 + destabilizerEffectiveness) * hellGemMult * power
, where hellGemMult
is 0.03 for cubes containing Hell Gems and 1 otherwise, and power
is the power of the resonator. The cube will break once breakProgress
reaches 1.
