Beta-Pylene is one of the Stones in Sixty Four.
Beta-Pylene is unlocked when any corresponding extracting channel digs to 450m.
Beta-Pylene can be mined from 450 m depth.
Afterwards you can produce Beta-Pylene with 
Hell Gem breakdown and in the 
Celestial Reactor

There are several ways how you can get Beta-Pylene in Sixty Four. In the early stages of the game you can get Beta-Pylene by breaking blocks. Later on as Extracting Channels dig deeper you can use different Machines in order to produce more Beta-Pylene, Main one is Celestial Reactor and Hell Gem breakdown.
Beta-Pylene is no longer a consistent resource that comes from 
Gradient Well. It is from previous versions of the game.
