Extracting Channel is one of the Machines in Sixty Four.

Extracting Channel is the excavating Machine that creates cubes around it. Each cube consists of 64 Stones.

You start with one Extracting Channel when you start the game, and the ability to build more is unlocked with Qanetite.

Extracting Channel Function

Extracting Channel's main function is to excavate blocks around itself.

Extracting Channel excavates blocks in adjacent tiles if they do not have anything placed on them.

As Extracting Channel excavate blocks it increases its excavation depth. At specific depths it starts to add new stones to the Block. Over time it will excavate more of a new type of stones and less of the previous types of stones and eventually lower tier stones wont be excavated anymore.

In order for Extracting Channel to work it has to be manually activated, which can be automated later on using Auxiliary Pump and higher tier pumps.

Extracting Channel Construction Costs

As all Machines, Extracting Channel gets more expensive every time it's constructed.

You can use the following table to calculate the cost of the Extracting Channel multiplying Base costs by the Building Multiplier.

Extracting Channel Additional Information

Extracting Channel is way slower at getting depth than Excavating Channel, so it's advisable to upgrade it when possible.

A single Extracting Channel of any tier must be present in the game at all times. You can't sell the last extracting channel.
